Chelsea have reportedly set a £50m to £60m fee for Armando Broja.
Multiple outlets reported earlier this week, that the Blues are open to selling the 22-year-old.
Fulham and West Ham are believed to be among the most keen clubs on the Albanian, who has managed just two goals in 17 appearance for the Blues this season.
The Telegraph reports that Chelsea’s valuation of Broja is based on the prices they have seen other clubs pay and set for players of the same age. This includes the £72m Manchester United paid for Rasmus Hojlund and the £100m Brighton have slammed on Evan Ferguson.
The Blues are looking to raise some money to sign more world-class players, and they believe that selling some of their academy graduates is a good way to do so. Conor Gallagher and Trevoh Chalobah have also been included in the list of players that could leave Stamford Bridge this year.
