Chelsea striker Armando Broja has admitted he needs to smile more after he was urged by Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino to improve his body language.

Broja scored a brilliant header as the Blues beat Preston 4-0 at Stamford Bridge on Saturday in an FA Cup tie.

Broja said: “I felt I was going through quite a difficult period coming back from injury.

“You could say I felt down with everything that was going on. I am a bit harsh on myself. That’s because I expect a lot and I know what I am capable of. The manager is trying to take that weight off my shoulders and loosen me up. I’m trying to take that advice because he has been helping me every day. I need to smile more.”
