Mauricio Pochettino has insisted that Chelsea are on course to achieving their goals as a unit, and nothing needs to be altered about their current setup.

Chelsea picked up two important back to back league wins – a 2-1 triumph over Crystal Palace, and a 3-2 away win at Luton Town.

The Blues are still 10th on the Premier League table after 20 matches, but Pochettino believes his side can still have a good season.

 said: “Not to change. To keep believing is the most important thing. We are doing a job that is going to pay off when the circumstances will be different.

“The circumstances we are fighting are really tough.

“We are not getting the results we deserve but we need to keep pushing. That’s the only way.

“With the players we have, we can have a very good season.”
