Napoli striker Victor Osimhen has got Chelsea fans excited after he replied to a fan asking him to join Chelsea.

Despite signing a new Napoli contract, the Nigerian international continues to be linked with a summer move to Chelsea.

According to reports, his new Napoli contract has a release clause of around €130million (£112million).

Posting on X, formerly Twitter, one fan wished Osimhen a happy birthday with an old photo of the striker in a Chelsea shirt.

“Happy birthday Victor Osimhen, pls come and rescue Chelsea soon,” the message read.

Osimhen responded to the post, with a cryptic message of two love heart emojis followed by a praying emoji.
