‘I don’t care’: Pochettino sends warning

Chelsea boss, Mauricio Pochettino has warned his critics and trolls that their comments about him won’t change anything.

The Argentine made this known while speaking at a press conference on Friday, ahead of Chelsea’s Premier League clash with Wolves.

The Blues are 10th on the league table after 17 games, and haven’t been consistent at all.

Pochettino is however confident both he and the players are trying their best, and insists negative comments on the internet won’t get to him, even if they’re disappointing to see.

“Nobody is going to damage me. If someone insults me, I don’t care,” he said, as quoted by Standard Sport.

“It won’t change my opinion or how I see things. When we lose some games I receive abuse on social media. SMS, WhatsApp, emails – but I never open them.

“I have had a few, not too many, no. I am saying it as an example. We receive too much abuse. It makes me sad. Not only in that case. We are exposed [as football professionals].”

Chelsea will take on Wolves on Sunday, and fans will be expecting to see their team win a third consecutive match for just the second time since March.
