BBC pundit, Chris Sutton has revealed the team he’s backing to win the Premier League encounter between Chelsea and Sheffield United on Saturday afternoon.
The Blues will welcome the Blades to Stamford Bridge later in the afternoon, as Chris Wilder will attempt to pick up more points for his struggling side after returning to the club recently.
It’s however, an equally important game for 12th-placed Chelsea, who risk falling further down the table if they fail to register a win, after losing their last two matches.
Sutton is not sure the Blues will be at their best this weekend, but the former Chelsea striker is backing Chelsea for a 2-0 win anyway.
“Blues boss Mauricio Pochettino came out and said he wanted some new players after they lost to Everton last week – which is pretty amazing when you consider Chelsea’s spending spree last summer – and it does not appear things are going to settle down at Stamford Bridge anytime soon,” he wrote for BBC Sport.
“I am still going to go with them to win [against Sheffield United], because they are at home to the bottom side in the Premier League who have struggled on the road, but you can probably tell I am not exactly confident that is what will happen.”
