Everton manager, Sean Dyche has given his backing to Mauricio Pochettino to help Chelsea regain their best form again.
Chelsea finished 12th on the Premier League table last season, failing to win any form of silverware, and missing out on Champions League football.
Pochettino was brought in over the summer to stabilise the ship, and help the club return to the top of European football, but things are yet to fully take off under the Argentine.
After 15 league games, the Blues lie in 10th, having won just five of them so far, with 11 points separating them and the top-four.
Chelsea will travel to take on Everton at Goodison Park on Sunday afternoon, in what is a must-win game for them, and ahead of the clash, Dyche, who was at Old Trafford to watch the Blues lose 2-1 to Manchester United, has now expressed his full confidence in Pochettino.
“[Pochettino] is definitely a manager I respect,” the former Burnley boss said, as quoted by evertonfc.com. “It seems to me that he’s making changes and finding different ways to work with the players. Sometimes that takes time. It did at Tottenham when he was there.”
