Mykhailo Mudryk has expressed confidence that Chelsea are ready for their upcoming busy schedules in the month of December.
The Blues began the month on a high, after edging Brighton & Hove Albion 3-2 in an entertaining contest at Stamford Bridge on Sunday afternoon.
The game was one that the team needed to win after their abysmal outing against Newcastle a week before, and they reacted well, with Enzo Fernandez and Levi Colwill getting on the scoresheet.
Manchester United are Chelsea’s next opponents, before they travel to face Everton away, and play Sheffield United at home in just 12 days.
It’s indeed a very busy December for Mudryk and his teammates, although the 22-year-old believes they’re equal to the task, and expresses hope that some injured players will return to make things a lot easier for them.
“I think we are ready,” he said, as quoted by the official club website.
“I hope we have no new injuries and some of the injured players come back. We have a really strong squad and I think we’re ready for this month.”
