Ukraine footballer, Georgiy Sudakov has shared his thoughts on Mykhailo Mudryk’s struggles at Chelsea.

Mudryk has scored just twice for Chelsea since his January move form Shakhtar Donetsk.

Sudakov himself, has been linked with a transfer to Stamford Bridge, with reports claiming that Mudryk wants to convince Todd Boehly to sign the player, whom he played with while in Ukraine.

The 21-year-old has however, now attempted to explain his friend’s difficult start to life at Stamford Bridge, and according to him, it’s because his current Chelsea teammates do not pass him the ball.

“Misha has got huge potential,” he said in an interview with The Telegraph earlier this month.

“Perhaps one of the reasons why you don’t see him at the top level in England yet is because, he is saying, there is not such a player like [me] who constantly delivers top passes and assists for him.”
