Mauricio Pochettino is very disappointed and unhappy with his Chelsea players,  after watching them lose 4-1 against Newcastle United on Saturday.

The Argentine even made these feelings known while speaking to the press after the game at St. James Park.

According to the Evening Standard, Pochettino believes that his players are ‘too soft’, and that has been reflected in some of their displays.

The coach wants his players to be more competitive, and show more hunger to win games, but they haven’t heeded his instructions entirely.

He expects the stars at Chelsea to show more aggressiveness, and try to make more contact with the ball or opposition players during key duels.

He is also hopeful that Reece James will play a key role in helping his teammates discard their soft approach and become more physical.

Chelsea’s next opponent are Brighton, and Pochettino will be eager to see some improvement from his team.
