According to Evening Standard via Daily Mail, Chelsea are leading Arsenal and Liverpool in the race to sign 18 year old Brazilian midfielder Gabriel Moscardo.

The 18 year old midfielder is valued at around £26million by Brazilian club Corinthians.

The Blues had an £18m bid for him rejected in the summer, but they will reportedly try to sign him again in January.

Corinthians are said to be waiting until after their presidential elections on November 25 to sell the player.
