Enzo Fernandez and Moises Caicedo have shared their biggest dream, following their moves to Chelsea this year.

Enzo joined the Blues from Benfica in January, and has established himself as a regular name in the team’s starting XI. The same can be said for Caicedo, who arrived at Stamford Bridge from Brighton back in August, after making his mark at the Amex Stadium.

The South American duo, who are both 22, embody the new Chelsea dream under Todd Boehly – which is to have a youthful but quality side that will play together for many years, and they’ve both declared their aim is to be remembered for doing great things at Chelsea.

“Winning a lot,” replied Caicedo when asked what he hopes to achieve during his time at West London.

“I want to win many trophies with this club, the Champions League, the Premier League.

“I want to win every possible trophy there is and be part of the generation that will make history with this club because this is a very historic club, but there is a new generation. What we all want is to win many trophies with this club and be remembered forever.”

“Yes, the same for me too,” agreed Fernandez.

“I won many trophies so young and in such a short time as a professional, but that’s already in the past. I already forgot about it and we’re now on a quest for more.

“I’m obviously here to keep winning trophies at club level, which is the most important thing, and I hope we’ll win many titles at Chelsea.

“We are going to be one of the best teams in the Premier League. I don’t know when, not now, but I think that, through hard work, we will do it, we will achieve it.”

“As Enzo said,” Caicedo concluded, “it will take time.

“Those who don’t believe in us will end up doing so because we are doing everything to take the club where it deserves to be, and where it used to be.”
