Mauricio Pochettino’s relationship with his former boss, Daniel Levy isn’t bad at all, according to a new report.

Poch managed Tottenham between 2014 and 2019, before he was sacked after a poor start to the 2019-20 Premier League season.

The 51-year-old was fairly successful during his time at Tottenham, leading them to the UEFA Champions League final in 2019, and coming close to winning the league on two different occasions.

Pochettino was a popular figure during his stay at Tottenham, and some fans felt that his sacking was a tad harsh, given what he’d done at the club.

However, despite all that has happened between the Argentine and Levy, Daily Mail claims that they continue to share a good relationship.

The outlet also claims the pair are still in contact, and Levy sent Pochettino a congratulatory message after his appointment by Chelsea.

Per many reports, Poch was initially considered for re-appointment by Tottenham after Antonio Conte’s departure in the summer, but Levy ended up hiring Ange Potescoglu.
