Brentford striker, Neal Maupay has poked fun at Robert Sanchez after Saturday’s 2-0 win against Chelsea.
Maupay began targeting Chelsea even before coming on as a second-half substitute after he stepped on the ball during his warm up, as the Blues prepared to take a free-kick.
The former Brighton forward was duly shown a yellow card for the behaviour, although he later got the last laugh as he set up Bryan Mbeumo for Brentford’s second goal.
The strike was the result of a devastating counterattacking move by the Bees, who quickly broke away and scored in an empty net after Sanchez had gone upfield to assist his teammates with what should have been the last attack of the game.
After the match, a happy Maupay took to his social media to share a photo of himself in Sanchez’s jersey, with the caption, ‘Mood’. He also added a smiling face and fire emoji to the photo.
Brentford’s first goal came through Ethan Pinnock, after more than 50 minutes of complete Chelsea dominance.
