Mauricio Pochettino and his coaching staff deserve a lot of credit for the improvements fans have seen in Mykhailo Mudryk’s game at Chelsea this season, according to journalist, Nizaar Kinsella.
The Ukrainian has scored three times already for club and country this term, after going months without a goal for the Blues following his move from Shakhtar Donetsk in January.
He also looks a lot sharper, with a promise to finally hit top form this term, which is down to the relationship he has struck up with Poch since the Argentine’s arrival over the summer.
Kinsella said on the London Is Blue podcast: “I think Pochettino has spent more time with Mudryk than any other Chelsea player.
“The coaching staff wants to make sure that he realizes his potential, and clearly it is working.”
Mudryk will hope to continue his good run of form so he can play regularly, especially with Raheem Sterling also playing really great football at the moment.
