Mauricio Pochettino has shared some news regarding Chelsea’s injured players.

The Blues have a long list of injured players, with some of them happening during the international break.

Armando Broja had to be sent back to Stamford Bridge by Albania coach, Sylvinho, and Pochettino says the striker is a doubt for Saturday’s match against Arsenal.

It’s a slightly positive news, as Pochettino revealed that some of the players are nearing full fitness.

“We are still struggling with some injuries to recover our players 100% but we are in a very positive way,” the boss said ahead of the game.

“We need to assess now because we finished training a little late. We need to assess Nico Jackson, Reece [James] and Broja is out because he is irritated in his knee, the other knee than it was in the past. We need to see with others if they can play, be on the bench and be on the list.

“Benoit [Badiashile] can maybe be available to be on the bench.

“[Reece James] was training good last few days. Now we need to talk with the medical staff to see if he can be available for tomorrow.”
