Chelsea move to pacify angry agents after not signing this player

Chelsea are looking to mend their relationships with some football agents, following the manner in which they conducted their transfer business in the last few months.

According to a report by Daily Mail, the Blues pissed off some agents, including Mohammed Kudus’ rep, Jennifer Mendelewitsch, who recently criticised the way they were treated after reaching an agreement with Chelsea.

Mendelewitsch told RMC in an interview: “We reached an agreement with Chelsea, we agreed on the contract with Chelsea but the deal did not go through. He spoke to the coach but in the end it didn’t happen because Chelsea sent a ridiculous offer to Ajax.

“There was no counter offer. Chelsea did this with many players this summer, submitted very low bids to clubs knowing they would not be accepted. The truth is that they were completely focused on the signing of (Moises) Caicedo – which absorbed all their energy.”

Chelsea were said to have gone into negotiations with Kudus, and went blank after reaching an agreement.
