Malo Gusto has expressed his pleasure after making his senior debut for the France national team.

The Chelsea right-back was involved as Les Bleus beat Holland 2-1 on Friday night.

Gusto said after the game: “He represents a lot for me, I’m proud.

“It’s a pleasure to represent my country and I hope there will be other opportunities to do so.

“Coming to the result, we were a bit scared at the end of the match. But the most important thing was qualification. And we did it.”

Gusto has impressed since his move to Chelsea, and is in line to start at right-back against Arsenal after the international break.
