Chelsea scouts are unwavering in their assessment of Mykhailo Mudryk.

Mudryk joined the Blues from Shakhtar Donetsk for mega money back in January.

The winger has however, not really performed to expectations, and has had to endure criticisms from rival fans after he snubbed Arsenal to play for Chelsea.

However, a recent report by the London Evening Standard claims that the Ukrainian is still considered a huge talent by Chelsea scouts.

They also say he is viewed as a potential Ballon d’Or winner by the scouts.

To be fair to that assessment, Mudryk does look super-talented, and maybe just needs to continue playing regularly to finally find his feet in England.
