Chelsea defenders, Benoit Badiashile and Axel Disasi have told each other what they need to work on in order to be better footballers.

The Chelsea defenders, who joined the Blues from AS Monaco in 2023, recently sat with Sky Sports to discuss their friendship and other matters.

And when asked to criticise each other by telling themselves what areas of their game they need to work on, Badiashile told the outlet: “Axel, he’s someone who is very stable and loves the duels.

“He’s good at receiving the ball, but because he does the duels he does less of that, but he’s still good at it.

“The thing he needs to work on though is his celebrations. He needs to be much calmer, way too excited! Basically shows he doesn’t have the knack for scoring!”

And on his part, Disasi said of his Chelsea teammate: “Very good receiver of the ball, intelligent, very good timing in the air. He needs to score more goals though! More goals!”
