Mauricio Pochettino has hailed Chelsea owners for their support to him and his coaching team since they arrived the club in the summer.
Chelsea didn’t get off to a great start this season, and Poch was under some pressure.
Chelsea seemed to have turned the corner, and things have gradually started to gel.
The Argentine boss is happy with his employers for their patience.
Pochettino said after the win at Burnley: “The owners are really good with me from day one and the sporting director also.
“When we arrived there was already a plan for the season and we accepted to come but they are being so nice with me and they have respect in the way that we want to work.
“We take decisions with the sporting director. We are in good communication with the owners also.
“The situation when they took over was difficult. With time and doing the right things, we can get what we need to be more stable and to provide the players with the capacity to perform. We are in a good way.
“Even when we did not get the good results, we were confident that we were going to turn it around in a positive way.”
