Kylian Hazard, younger brother to ex-Chelsea star, Eden Hazard, has commented on the winger’s football career.

Hazard left Real Madrid at the end of last season, after a largely underwhelming stint with the Spanish giants. The Belgian had a year remaining on his contract with the club, but was allowed to leave regardless, with his contract terminated by the Spanish giants.

Hazard received many offers from numerous clubs after leaving Madrid, but he turned them all down.

At the moment, it remains unclear what the next step will be for the Champions League winner, but his brother, Kylian, believes retirement may be his best bet.

Kylian, who also previously played for Chelsea and currently plays for RWDM in Belgium, told HLN: “He’s not moving at the moment, but I don’t know if his career is over. If he makes a definitive decision, it will be up to him to say it himself.

“Eden is in Madrid, his children go to school there, for now.

“I know what he does every day. He just tries to enjoy life. He loves football, it has always been his greatest passion and that’s why he gave everything in every team he played for.

“He did everything he could and won trophies at every club he played for. If I were him I would stop. Eden deserves to spend time with his family.”
