Following the victory against Fulham at Craven Cottage, Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino has given an update on Mykhailo Mudryk and Moises Caicedo’s situations who both seem to have picked up injuries.
Mykhailo Mudryk recorded his first Premier League goal for the Club after an 18 minute finish of Levi Colwill’s cross.
Moises Caicedo played a significant role in midfield alongside Enzo Fernandez, with the duo having some good chemistry.
Mudryk was withdrawn at half-time, while Caicedo leaped off in stoppage time.
On Mudryk, Pochettino said: “He felt something in his quad which we need to assess. He didn’t feel comfortable to keep playing. We hope it’s not a big issue, we hope it’s nothing big and he can be available for Saturday.”
And on Caicedo, the Argentine boss added: “It was contusion. Hopefully it’s nothing serious, he was tired and we will see.”
