Chelsea have ended a long-time goal drought, as the team were without a goal in the last three games.
However, Mauricio Pochettino’s side have turned that around, starting with the 1-0 Carabao Cup victory over Brighton & Hove Albion.
Adding to that, Monday night saw the Blues record a 2-0 victory over Fulham, and thus move up to the 11th position on the league table.
Chelsea striker Armando Broja who doubled the lead after Mykhailo Mudryk’s opener has decided to take the positives from the game stating that “it is a massive boost for the team.”
Broja also believes that the newly assembled squad is starting to gel.
Broja said: “You saw in this game that we’re starting to gel. It’s amazing for us to get the win, when you win games it brings confidence and positivity. It’s a massive boost for us as a team and the football club. We’ve got another game before the international break and we just need to keep going in this way. It’s a massive three points.”
