Report: Swap deal between Romelu Lukaku and Tammy Abraham

According to Graeme Bailey, the Blues are bent on making a swap deal between AS Roma striker Tammy  Abraham and Romelu Lukaku.

It is however unsure if this deal will take place in the upcoming January transfer window or next summer, but the Stamford Bridge side are keen of making permanent Lukaku’s loan deal.

After his loan move to Roma, Lukaku has had an impressive stay, netting three goals and claiming the man of the match twice. The striker’s form in Roma has however shown that his chance of returning to the Stamford Bridge is very slim.

Tammy Abraham is presently on the sidelines due to injury but upon his return, Lukaku seems sure to make Mourinho’s first XI thereby putting Tammy Abraham in a tight spot.

This has given a huge chance for the Blues who are in search for a reliable striker, and a return to Stamford Bridge is therefore possible for Tammy Abraham.
