Chelsea goalkeeper Robert Sanchez has admitted he’s happy with his current situation at Chelsea.
Signed from Brighton during the summer transfer window, Sanchez was expected to rival Kepa Arrizabalaga in goal. However, Kepa’s loan move to Real Madrid has seen him become the undisputed number one goalkeeper at Chelsea.
“I knew I was going to end up somewhere playing,” Robert Sanchez has said about his decision to join Chelsea in the summer.
“I came here one hundred percent, and it was going to be my final decision. I’m happy with the team, happy with the coach, he has a lot of confidence in me and now I have to do my best.
“The statistics are very good, the team is not conceding much, and the team is arriving, but we need to define, we are trying, and it will come. It is a matter of time.”
