Lecce defender Patrick Dorgu has chosen West London side Chelsea over Liverpool as he explained stance amid transfer speculations.
The 18-year-old lately has become a target for various big clubs in the Premier League following an exceptional performance last season.
Chelsea and Liverpool are keen on signing the player ahead of the January transfer window. However, the player has said Chelsea is his dream team.
In a statement with Ekstra Bladet in Denmark, Dorgu said: “I really just take it as motivation, that when the big teams look at me, it is because I am doing the right thing and must continue. Then it’s just a matter of time before the big teams come knocking.
“Chelsea is my dream to play for. I have been a fan of them for over 10 years, so it would be a huge dream to play for them.”
