The report also claims the Brazilian defender isn’t afraid to impose his own tactical knowledge on the team.

Silva reportedly has high standards on the training pitch and can cross the line into sulking when he feels that his team-mates are not stepping up to the mark.

Despite being 39, Silva has started every Premier League game for Chelsea this season.
