According to talkSPORT via GOAL, Chelsea are confident of signing £60million Brentford striker Ivan Toney during the January transfer window.

The Blues are keen on adding additional firepower to the squad after scoring just five goals in five Premier League games this season.

Toney is currently banned for eight months after being accused of 232 alleged betting offences.

Chelsea are expected to formalise the club’s interest in signing the England international striker in January.
