Chelsea owner Todd Boehly has made it clear that he would focus on rebuilding the club into one of the top European sides and is keen on rebuilding Stamford Bridge.
Boehly have reportedly made a £65million offer to buy a 1.2-acre plot next to Stamford Bridge so that the Blues can begin redeveloping Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea are set to receive a further injection of £405m from an American investment firm, which will help fund the proposed renovation of the stadium and other redevelopments.
