It’s been over a year now since Thomas Tuchel was sacked from his role as Chelsea manager.

New owners led by Todd Boehly, for reasons best known to them decided to lay off Tuchel, who was already a fan’s favourite at Stamford Bridge.

Thomas Tuchel was sacked on September 7, after Chelsea’s 1-0 defeat away at Dinamo Zagreb.

Chelsea have been on a downward spiral ever since, with the team finishing 12th, the club’s lowest position since 1994.

Chelsea have had four coaches since then, and three coaches last season alone (Graham Potter, Bruno and Frank Lampard).

Mauricio Pochettino is the fourth Chelsea manager after Tuchel was sacked.

Out of 47 games the Blues have played since the German’s dismissal, Chelsea managed to win only 15 – Potter won 12 of those games, Lampard managed one win, while Pochettino has two wins at the moment.

This is indeed a scary stat; but thing have to change at Chelsea – and quickly too.
