Ex-Manchester United striker Dimitar Berbatov has revealed his disappointment at Chelsea’s current form.
The Blues are sitting 12th in the league, despite the exciting signings made during the summer, coupled with the appointment of Mauricio Pochettino as the new manager.
Berbatov doesn’t see Chelsea beating Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium this weekend.
He said in his prediction for Betfair: “I have high expectations for Chelsea, but they have been really poor. It’s just strange.
“I hope Caicedo can get going as soon as possible. He needs to wake up – he’s playing for Chelsea. They paid a lot of money for him, and he needs to show why. The whole team needs to do better, but I think the game will be a draw.”
Berbatov predicted a 1-1 draw.
