Chelsea winger, Noni Madueke has revealed that Chelsea boss, Mauricio Pochettino is very tough with him.

Madueke has made only two appearances in the Premier League this season.

He also featured in the Carabao Cup win against Wimbledon where he gave an outstanding performance.

When asked about working under Mauricio Pochettino, Madueke told the official Chelsea website: “He’s tough with me, but I probably need that.

“He’s transparent as well which is really important, to know where you stand and what he expects from you. He knows when to be really tough with me and when to put an arm around me. I can’t fault him.

“He’s a really good man-manager. He’s created a culture where we are brothers off the pitch. It helps we have a young squad so we are with each other a lot anyway. We are lucky to have him.”
