Bayern Munich are keen to complete a deal with Chelsea for Trevoh Chalobah.

According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano via his YouTube channel, Chelsea have told Bayern Munich that only a loan with an obligation to buy or straight purchase will be accepted for Chalobah.

Bayern manager Thomas Tuchel is a keen admirer of the Blues centre-back after working with him previously and handing the defender his debut at Stamford Bridge two years ago.

Chalobah wants the move to happen and Chelsea are equally eager to complete the deal as long as the club’s valuation is met, according to Daily Mail.

Chelsea are open to selling more players before the transfer window closes on Friday as Mauricio Pochettino looks to bring in more attacking reinforcements.

Chalobah has failed to make any of Chelsea’s matchday squads across their three opening Premier League matches while he recovers from a hamstring injury that was aggravated in training.
