According to the Telegraph via GOAL, Chelsea have out Lewis Hall up for sale after signing Moises Caicedo for British record fee
The Blues are seeking a fee of around £30m ($38m) for the 18-year-old Chelsea academy graduate, who made nine Premier League appearances last season.
Premier League rivals Newcastle United are said to be showing a keen interest in the youngster, who can operate in defence or in midfield.
Meanwhile, former Chelsea defender Glen Johnson believes the Blues’ £115m signing of Moises Caicedo is too expensive.
“I think if Chelsea were getting Caicedo for £75 million I’d say it was a great deal, but if you’re spending £100 million plus, then you’re spending £30 million more than you should have done,” Johnson told compare.bet.
