According to the Secret Scout, Chelsea transfer target and Brighton midfielder Moises Caicedo is confident he is set to become a Chelsea player.

The Ecuadorian midfielder has reportedly messaged Chelsea players saying “I will see you soon”.

It is believed Chelsea are now working on a payment structure with Brighton for the transfer of Caicedo, with the Blues expecting to parade Caicedo to Chelsea fans at Stamford Bridge against Liverpool on Sunday.

Liverpool thought they had won the race to sign Caicedo after reaching an agreement with Brighton only for the midfielder to reject a move to Anfield.
