According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea have reached an agreement with Santos to sign 18 year old Brazilian striker Deivid Washington.

“Deivid Washington to Chelsea, here we go! Verbal agreement done as Santos accepted €15m plus €5m add-ons bid for 18 year old striker,” Romano reports.

“Long term deal agreed, Deivid wanted Chelsea; documents being prepared now.

“Decision soon about loan to Strasbourg or… staying at Chelsea.”
