According to Teamtalk via the Hard Tackle, Chelsea are ready to part ways with 24-year-old centre-back Trevoh Chalobah amid interest from West Ham United and Crystal Palace.

Chalobah is reportedly not in Mauricio Pochettino’s plans moving ahead and the Blues are now ready to cash in on the centre-back.

Crystal Palace as well as West Ham United are interested in the services of the Chelsea graduate. A fee of £45 million should get the job done.

Chalobah has been a part of the youth setup since his childhood days. He has come up the ranks at the club and was promoted to the first team back in the summer of 2021 after an impressive loan spell at FC Lorient.

When Wesley Fofana got injured, some expected Chalobah to fill in for him during the 2023/24 season. But, Pochettino has different plans. He decided to sign a replacement and managed to land the AS Monaco defender Axel Disasi at the club.

The Blues have enough depth in the heart of the defence with Disasi, Benoit Badiashile, Levi Colwill and Thiago Silva available. As a result, the 24-year-old defender’s future at Stamford Bridge is at risk, and he could be on his way out.

The Blues are ready to negotiate his departure. They have informed the player to look for options, and there is serious interest in from Crystal Palace and West Ham.
