According to Evening Standard via the Independent, West Ham are confident they can still sign Chelsea midfielder Conor Gallagher this summer despite Chelsea rejecting a £40million bid for the midfielder.
Tottenham Hotspur are also reportedly interested in signing 23 year old Chelsea academy graduate.
West Ham recently submitted an initial fee of £37m plus £3m in add-ons for Gallagher which was rejected by Chelsea.
The England midfielder has just two years left on his contract and hasn’t been offered a new deal.
