According to Daily Mail, Chelsea are open to selling midfielder Conor Gallagher this summer if an offer of £45million is received.
The Chelsea academy graduate and England international is attracting interest from West Ham and Tottenham Hotspur.
West Ham recently submitted an initial fee of £37m plus £3m in add-ons for Gallagher which was rejected by Chelsea and West Ham are reportedly unwilling to raise their offer.
Chelsea accepted a £45million bid from Everton for Gallagher in January but Gallagher was unwilling to move to Goodison Park and it is believed Chelsea won’t accept offers less than the £45million that Everton were willing to pay in January.
The England midfielder has just two years left on his contract and hasn’t been offered a new deal.
