According to the Athletic, Chelsea defender Trevoh Chalobah is viewed internally as another saleable asset at Chelsea.

This comes as a surprise as Chalobah signed a long-term contract last November that will keep him at Chelsea until 2028.

Meanwhile, according to the Evening Standard, Stoke City are interested in signing 20 year old Chelsea defender Bashir Humphreys.

The 20-year-old defender spent part of last season at German club Paderborn and a move to the Championship is on his horizon.

The Blues could try to sign Humphreys up to a new deal as part of the loan deal, with just a year left on his current contract.
