According to a report on the Sun via Tribal Football, Brighton have raised their asking price for Moises Caicedo.

The report states: “Chelsea will have to pay a higher fee if they want to land Brighton’s Moises Caicedo this summer.

“The Ecuadorian midfielder is the key target for the Blues for the rest of the transfer window.

“Per The Sun, Chelsea have seen a £70 million bid rejected by Albion for the 21-year-old.

“Caicedo, who has only been at Brighton for over two years, is valued at close to £105 million.

“Brighton have determined that if Arsenal can pay such a fee for Declan Rice, Caicedo is worth a similar sum.

“Chelsea will now have to decide if they believe that Caicedo is worth such a staggering sum.”
