Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has revealed Chelsea remain the only club in race to sign World Cup star and Brighton midfielder Moises Caicedo.

Chelsea are also the only club to agree personal terms with Caicedo. Negotiations between Chelsea and Brighton are still ongoing, even today.

Romano tweeted: “Chelsea remain the only club in talks to sign Moisés Caicedo — also only club to agree on personal terms with Caicedo at this stage.

“Negotiations are active and concrete between Chelsea and Brighton, even today.”
