According to French media outlet Le Parisian via GOAL, Chelsea are closely monitoring Neymar as a potential target for the summer.
The report adds Chelsea owner Todd Boehly is ready to launch a bid for the Brazilian if the winger indicates he wants to leave. PSG however remain undecided on the matter right now.
Neymar scored 18 goals and provided 17 assists in just 29 games for Paris Saint-Germain last season before his season was halted by an injury.
Meanwhile, Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino will sanction the sale of Chelsea star Trevoh Chalobah should the right offer be made, according to Evening Standard.
Pochettino only wants four centre-backs in the first-team squad next season and Chalobah is behind fellow centre-backs Thiago Silva, Wesley Fofana, Benoit Badiashile and Levi Colwill in the pecking order at Stamford Bridge.
And given that Chalobah wants regular game time in order to earn a place in the England squad ahead of next summer’s Euros, he is content to leave also.
Inter Milan are interested in signing Chalobah and are ready to pay £25million to sign the 24 year old Chelsea centre-back. Other clubs are also interested in making an offer.
Both the player and club are in full agreement that if a transfer proposal comes in which is attractive to both parties, then he can leave.
