According to the Independent, Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino has consulted with the Chelsea hierarchy over the need to add more experience in attack.

The Blues are now targeting Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic and Roma forward Paulo Dybala after Pochettino requested for more experience in attack.

While the club’s new policy is to build a squad around our promising young talent, the recruitment team are sympathetic to Pochettino’s argument that a certain amount of experience is required to balance that. 

Pochettino feels Chelsea’s attack lacks experience as he continues to assess the shape of his squad.
