According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek has agreed personal terms with Italian club AC Milan and is really excited about joining the Italian side.
Romano said: “Understand AC Milan and Chelsea are closing in on Ruben Loftus Cheek deal for €16m fee plus €4m add-ons, this is the final package.
“Personal terms agreed, RLC understood to be really excited about joining Milan. Final details discussed then… here we go.”
Meanwhile, according to former Aston Villa star Gabriel Agbonlahor, Chelsea midfielder Conor Gallagher isn’t good enough for Chelsea but would start every game for Tottenham Hotspur.
Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing Gallagher and Agbonlahor believes the England international would be a good player for our London rivals.
Agbonlahor told Football Insider about Gallagher: “I don’t think he’s got the quality to be a regular at Chelsea, with where Chelsea want to be in the table. He’s not a midfielder who is good enough to play for a title challenger. He’s not good enough.
“But for Spurs, they’re the eighth-best team in the league – and I think he’d be a good addition to that side. He’d probably play week-in, week-out at the moment with Bentancur out injured.”
