According to Italian newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport via the Express, Kalidou Koulibaly is trying to persuade his Chelsea teammate Romelu Lukaku to join him at Al Hilal in Saudi Arabia.

The Saudi club are interested in signing Lukaku but the 30 year old striker has little interest in the move as he wants to continue playing in Europe with Inter Milan.

The report adds that Lukaku has been offered a contract that totals around £77m across the duration of the deal.

Lukaku would earn stunning wages and would become one of the faces of Saudi Arabian football if he was to agree to the transfer.

Although Koulibaly and Lukaku didn’t play together at Chelsea as Lukaku spent last season on loan at Inter Milan, the duo know each other from their time playing against one another in Serie A when he was at Napoli.
