Premier League rivals Arsenal are interested in signing Chelsea forward Kai Havertz this summer and the 24 year old has reportedly informed Chelsea of his desire to join Arsenal.

According to Daily Mail, Havertz will earn £210,000 per week if he completes a move from Chelsea to Arsenal this summer.

Havertz has also agreed a five-year contract in principle with the Gunners. All that is left is for Chelsea and Arsenal to reach an agreement on the transfer fee.

The Gunners have also reportedly made an improved verbal offer worth £60 million for Havertz. The new package is believed to be worth a guaranteed £55 million plus an extra £5m in bonuses.
