Chelsea have been linked with a move for Inter Milan striker and World Cup winner Lautaro Martinez this summer after he scored 28 goals in all competitions last season, bettering the 25 he netted in the previous campaign.

Inter Milan chief Javier Zanetti has dismissed chances of Martinez leaving Inter Milan this summer amid interest from Chelsea.

Martinez still has three years left on his contract with Inter Milan, so the Italiam side are under no pressure at all to sell him and their vice president has made it clear that there is no move in the offing.

Zanetti said: “There’s nothing with other clubs for Lautaro, no negotiations. I can guarantee that Lautaro’s very happy at Inter.”
