Romelu Lukaku is ‘annoyed’ with Chelsea over their refusal to grant him his ideal move, according to Metro.

The Belgium international spent last season on loan at Inter Milan and ideally like to spend another season at Inter but Chelsea are not keen on sending the 30-year-old out on loan again.

Lukaku is frustrated at Chelsea’s stance, especially with no other major European club showing an interest in his services at this stage of the transfer window.

Meanwhile, Chelsea goalkeeper Edouard Mendy is attracting interest from Saudi Arabian club Al-Ahli, according to Foot Mercato.

The 31 year old goalkeeper, who played a key role as Chelsea won the Champions League in 2021, has lost his place in the starting XI to Kepa Arrizabalaga.

Chelsea are open to selling Mendy this summer and Al-Ahli has established contact with the 31 year old Senegalese goalkeeper.
